Philosophy of the Firm
The firm's philosophy is to provide quality professional real estate appraisal
and consulting services in both a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
Improvements in technology have enabled the firm to provide the same high
level of service, knowledge, and expertise with a smaller staff and thus
at a more reasonable cost to its clients.
Various clients and users of appraisal and consulting services have
noted their preference for the personal involvement of the firm's principal
in each appraisal and consulting assignment. The smaller size of
George Hao & Associates enables its clients to receive more attention
and a greater level of personal service.
The firm provides real estate appraisal and consultation services on
all types of real property, including multi-family apartment residential,
retail and office commercial, industrial, harbor and maritime-related,
agricultural, water rights, special-use properties, vacant land, residential
subdivision development, commercial development, condominium leased fee
and leasehold interest, leasehold to fee simple conversions, condemnations,
and arbitrations.
